- 50 Exhibit hall passes (lunch not included) to distribute to your customers. This pass will include attendance and snacks at the IOPF Reception in the Exhibit Area but does not include beverages. Drink tickets will be available for purchase prior to the reception and at the cash bar.
- Note: Select sponsorship benefits will increase with the purchase of a booth larger than 100 sq. ft. Pipe & drape, tables & chairs will be of appropriate size and number for larger booths. The number of free exhibit hall/representative only passes and free forum registrations will increase by one for each additional 100 sq. ft.
ADDITIONAL COSTS:
- Additional exhibit services such as AV, furniture rental, and shipping / receiving will be provided through C-Ray Media. Information on all available services are listed on the last page of this packet.
- If you do not plan to hand carry your exhibit materials to the exhibit booth area on the day of move in you may incur additional fees. Please contact C-Ray Media for further information.
